Volunteer Education Speaker

Description

Want to give talks and hold information sessions in your local community to raise awareness of the big difference Cats Protection makes in the lives of thousands of cats and kittens in need? Become a Speaker for a Cats Protection volunteer group!

•Every stray, abandoned or injured cat deserves a second chance of a happy and healthy life.
In order for these cats in your community to be given this second chance, they need a voice!

How do I make a difference? Become a Speaker for a Cats Protection volunteer group!

As a speaker, you will give talks and hold information sessions for local community groups and in schools. In doing so, you will raise awareness of the importance of cat welfare in the local community and help people to understand and encourage them to become involved in the work of Cats Protection.

'I have been volunteering for Cats Protection Belfast for the last year and it has been an amazing experience. I love cats and I wanted to give something back to them and help out in any way I could. That was why I chose to be involved in the education aspect of this magnificent charity.' - Valeria Higgins - Education Volunteer, Northern Ireland.

We welcome applications from all age groups and all areas of the community and are keen to diversify our volunteering workforce.
